Refund policy

 

This return policy only applies to orders from Emerald Sites. If you purchased items from a dealer, please contact that dealer. Upon receiving your Emerald products, you have a period of 14 days to notify us if you wish to request a refund or an exchange. Emerald cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products beyond the 14-day window. Authorized returns must have a prior return merchandise authorization (RMA) and may be subject to up to 35% restocking fee. Contact Customer Service email address support@emerald.shop to obtain an RMA number. All sales of discontinued items, refurbished items, and clearance items are final and may not be returned. You are responsible for any shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with the return item unless Emerald has agreed to assist in any part. All authorized returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery, must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging and must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Emerald is not responsible for product lost or damage in shipment. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once a returned bike is received and approved for a refund.
